Terms of Service

Welcome to dopaMe’s Terms of Service (the “Terms”). This is a contract between you and dopaMe Portal Co. LLC., a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the dopaMe mobile application or any of our services (the “App”). By accessing, registering with, or using dopaMe, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.

1. Eligibility

To use dopaMe, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use dopaMe.
• Be legally permitted to use the App by your local laws.

2. Account Creation & Verification

Users must create an account to access dopaMe features. During registration, we verify user identity using a combination of document scans (e.g., passport, driver's license) and a short video. These are not stored and are only used for initial verification.

Users must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Not share accounts or impersonate others
• Be responsible for all activity under their account

3. User Content and Responsibilities

You may post photos, travel details, preferences, and other content (“User Content”). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app.

You agree not to upload or share content that:

• Is illegal, hateful, abusive, or defamatory
• Infringes on third-party rights
• Includes personal contact or banking info
• Violates the rights of others

Visual Content Requirements

All uploaded images must:

• Be high-resolution and clear (no pixelation or blur)
• Meet the recommended minimum resolution of 1080 × 1350 px
• Be in JPG or PNG format
• Use RGB color mode
• Be correctly oriented and not distorted

Images must not:

• Contain text overlays or excessive watermarks
• Include people’s faces without proper consent
• Include minors
• Contain sexually explicit, suggestive, or offensive material
• Display hate symbols, political messaging, or religious targeting
• Depict violence, weapons, drugs, or illegal activities
• Make medical, financial, visa, or immigration guarantees

dopaMe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, remove, restrict, or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

dopaMe offers a freemium model:

• Free basic features
• Optional subscription tiers for advanced features

Subscription terms:

• Subscription terms, prices, and benefits are detailed in-app.
• Auto-renew unless cancelled before billing date
• Prices are displayed in-app and may vary
• Payments are handled via app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play)
• No refunds unless required by applicable laws.
• dopaMe shall not be liable for any functionality loss or inconvenience resulting from the unavailability of features due to legal or regulatory restrictions in any jurisdiction.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree to:

• Use real identities and accurate data
• Not harass, stalk, or harm others
• Not use the app for unlawful, misleading, or malicious purposes
• Not post content that is offensive, discriminatory, or infringes on third-party rights
• Not use bots or scraping tools
• Not promote commercial products or spam
• Not interfere with the functioning of the app or its security features

6. Global Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and comply with data protection laws, including the EU GDPR, California CPRA, and UAE laws. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please read our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dopaMe, its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, theft, emotional distress, or death, arising from or related to:

• Your access to or use of dopaMe App or Service;
• Any conduct or content of any user or third party on dopaMe App;
• Any offline interaction, meeting, or travel arrangement facilitated through dopaMe;
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or information;
• Reliance on any content posted or shared within dopaMe App.

You acknowledge that all user interactions, including those that occur in-person as a result of connections made on dopaMe App, are solely your responsibility. We do not screen or verify users beyond the limited identity checks disclosed, and we do not endorse, supervise, or control user conduct online or offline.

You agree to use the App at your own risk and release dopaMe and its services from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the platform.

dopaMe shall not be liable for any functionality loss or inconvenience resulting from the unavailability of features due to legal or regulatory restrictions in any jurisdiction.

8. Disclaimers

dopaMe is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on dopaMe are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use or reproduce any of these without our prior written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in harmful or illegal behavior
• Are reported by multiple users

We may refuse re-registration. No refunds will be provided if your account is terminated.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms or modify the Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Dubai under the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre rules. You waive your right to a jury trial or class action. Any legal claims must be brought individually.
