Content & Posting Guidelines for Agencies

These guidelines apply to all agencies and businesses publishing listings, promotions, or advertisements on dopaMe. They are incorporated into the dopaMe Business Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, the Business Terms control.

1. What You May Post

Truthful, accurate offers that you are licensed/authorized to provide.
Original visuals and copy you own or have permission to use.
Content that matches the correct category and destination.
Working links that lead to safe, relevant landing pages with more relevant details.

2. What You Must Not Post

Misleading offers, fake urgency, or hidden fees.
Unlicensed services or prohibited activities.
Copyright-infringing images/logos/videos or impersonation of other brands.
Hate, harassment, explicit content, violence, illegal drugs, or unlawful activity.
Medical, financial, visa, or immigration guarantees.
Requests for user personal documents (IDs/passports) through ads or landing pages.

3. Visual Ad Content (Photos & Images)

All uploaded images must:

Be high-resolution and clear (no pixelation or blur).
Minimum resolution: 1080 × 1350 px (recommended).
Accepted formats: JPG, PNG.
Color mode: RGB.
File size: As specified in the upload interface.
Correct orientation (no rotated or stretched visuals).

Images must not include:

Text overlays.
Heavy watermarks or visuals obstructed by text.
People’s faces without proper consent.
Minors.
Sexually explicit, suggestive, or offensive material.
Hate symbols, political messaging, or religious targeting.
Violence, weapons, drugs, or illegal activities.

4. Links and Landing Pages

Links must be accurate, functional, and lead to content relevant to the advertised offer.
Landing pages must not contain malware, deceptive pop-ups, or misleading claims.
Direct contact is allowed only after a user initiates contact.
