  • User-Generated Content: Posts, events, photos, videos, and other content you create or share in the app.
  • Location Data: Approximate location (city/region), used to show relevant events and improve recommendations. Precise GPS location is not collected.
  • Device Information: Device identifiers (Advertising ID, Android ID, IP address), app performance, crash, and diagnostic data.
  • Financial Information: Payment and subscription details, handled securely through Apple App Store or Google Play billing.
  • Messages: Emails and in-app messages exchanged between users or sent by us for communication and support.
  • Health & Fitness Data (Optional): Limited to activity or event preferences (e.g., interests in fitness-related events). We do not collect medical data.
  • Files & Documents (Optional): Passport copy, driving license, or similar ID documents uploaded for verification. These are processed only for authentication and not stored permanently.

We use your data for the following purposes:

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Verification documents and videos are processed once and not stored permanently. Where applicable, you may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

11. Mobile Tracking & Consent (Apple iOS & Android)

We use certain tracking technologies to improve your experience, measure performance, and provide personalized content or ads. Your consent is handled in accordance with platform requirements:

  • Apple iOS (App Tracking Transparency - ATT): On iOS devices, you will be prompted for permission via Apple’s system-level App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before any tracking occurs across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising or analytics purposes. You can manage this permission at any time via your device settings: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
  • Google Android (Ad ID and Consent): On Android devices, we may collect your Advertising ID to deliver relevant content and improve performance. This is done in compliance with Google Play’s User Data Policy. You may limit or reset this ID in your device settings: Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID / Opt out of Ads Personalization
  • Regional Consent Notices (GDPR / CPRA / UK DPA): If you are located in the EU, UK, or California, your device may show additional region-specific consent messages.
